Onco's Billing Policy
The enforcement of billing laws has been increased lately. In our effort to remain compliant with all federal and state regulations and statutes of the billing of pathology services, we have the following billing policy:

This policy applies to all financial classes of patients: (e.g. Medicare, Medicaid, PPO, private insurance and self-pay patients). All patients will be treated the same way with regards to billing for our services.

We will continue to accept the plan allowable as payment in full. The patient is financially responsible for any co-payments or deductibles. Under federal law, we must make a reasonable attempt to bill and collect the co-payments and/or deductibles.

To help carry out our billing policy, OncoDiagnostic Laboratory, Inc. has outsourced its billing to Billing Consultants, LLC. A highly trained Customer Service Representative is available to answer calls between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
